BuddyStall for Franchisors
BuddyStall for Franchisors is the franchisor console for running a brand across every store that operates under it. You set the brand standard once, supply your franchisees from a central stockhouse, and watch how every location performs — all from one console, separate from the store app your franchisees use to run the counter each day.

Two products, one system
BuddyStall is really two connected products, and it helps to see how they fit together before diving into the features:
- BuddyStall — the store app your franchisees run day to day: POS and sales, inventory, time clock, and expenses. Every franchise store has its own copy.
- BuddyStall for Franchisors — the franchisor console you run the whole network with: the sales dashboard, brand presets, compliance alerts, and your stockhouse and supply orders.
The two are connected automatically — you never chase reports or re-key data. Three exchanges run between the franchisor and every connected store:
- Brand presets flow down. Your master menu, inventory, recipes, and expense items reach each store as a preset it loads in one step — so a new franchisee launches from your standard instead of a blank slate.
- Live data flows up. As each store sells, its franchise-menu sales, stock movements, and compliance signals report back to you in real time.
- Supply orders flow both ways. Stores order stock from your stockhouse, and you accept, fulfill, and invoice — every order tracked in one shared queue.
Bundling BuddyStall into what each franchisee signs up for gives them a full store app — POS, inventory, attendance, and expenses — from day one, raising the value of your brand offer. It compounds on your side, too: every franchisee who runs BuddyStall feeds the sales, stock, and compliance views above automatically, so the more of your network adopts it, the sharper your picture of the brand becomes. Franchisees not yet on BuddyStall still fit in — you can take their supply orders through a public form and pin them on your store map — but each one that joins makes this side more valuable.

Everything in BuddyStall for Franchisor groups into three areas: set the brand standard with Preset, supply your franchises from your Stockhouse, and watch the network through Franchise visibility.
Preset — set the brand standard
- Brand presets — publish your master menu, inventory, recipes, and expense items once; every connected store builds on top of them.
- Standardise operations — set the operating baseline every store runs on: recipe amounts, inventory pricing, and their low-stock thresholds. Fixed once and centrally, these also become the reference the network is measured against.
Stockhouse — supply your franchises
- Central inventory — your warehouse: hold and price stock, log purchases and waste, and track your supply-side profit.
- Franchise orders — accept and fulfill the orders stores place with you, from request to invoice, in one shared queue. Stores not yet on BuddyStall can order through a public form into the same board.
Franchise visibility — watch the network
- Sales dashboard — every store's sales, live, on one screen, with trends, store rankings, and best-sellers across the whole brand.
- Stores map — your entire franchise footprint plotted on one map.
- Compliance & alerts — catch off-book sourcing and recipe drift before they erode the brand.
